The “Smart glow” model comes with 32 feet of cable. And is designed for the rewire of your existing pool and new pool installs. It also comes with its own 50-Watt Transformer/Wi-Fi box.
The “Glow pro” model is designed for a fast upgrade of your existing system. With 6 feet of cable and an underwater wire connector it makes for a seamless upgrade to your existing transformer and existing cable system.
Both model of our lights have an IP rating of IP68. Our resin filled stainless housings mean that there is no leaks into our housings.
Yes, our lights are filled with resin and 100% are waterproof from salt water or chlorine pools.
Our “Smart glow” transformer is a 50-Watt Transformer/Wi-Fi box.
Our “Smart glow” globes are 45-Watt globes you can connect a maximum of 1 globe to the one Transformer/Wi-Fi box.
If you have more than 1 light in your pool you can connect multiple Transformer/Wi-fi boxes, and sync them all simultaneously through the Smart-life app.
The “Smart glow” Transformer/Wi-Fi unit has an IP44 rating, this is typically referred to as splash resistant and is recommended to be kept/installed in a dry sheltered environment.
Our pool lighting systems are 12 and 24 volt systems that can easily be DIY installed. But we recommended to hire a professional electrician for safety reasons.

The number of lights depends on the pool size and design. A general rule is one light for every 400-800 square feet of pool area. Consider additional lights for deep or uniquely shaped pools.
